The dialogue between Russia and Ukraine will start sooner or later. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated this during an address to citizens.
“Sooner or later, Russia will have to talk to us, how to end the hostilities and stop this invasion. The sooner the dialogue begins, the less losses there will be,” Zelensky said.
