Heavy rains are expected on Monday in the Lipetsk, Penza, Ulyanovsk, Saratov and Samara regions. Wind gusts will reach up to 15-20 m/s. Heavy rain, thunderstorm, wind up to 18 m/s are expected in the Ryazan and Rostov regions.
Showers will also take place in Volgograd, Tambov and Voronezh regions, Altai and Krasnoyarsk territories, Tomsk region, Khakassia and Tuva.
