The fulfillment of Russia's demands to limit NATO expansion will make Sweden's cooperation with the alliance impossible.
Commander-in-Chief of the country's Armed Forces Mikael Byuden said this in an interview with Swedish Radio.
According to in his words, if Russian demands are implemented, “everything will look very gloomy” for the defense of Sweden, since the country risks being without support in the event of a possible attack.
Byden also noted that the country's cooperation with the North Atlantic Alliance at the same time, it will become much more difficult.
