According to weather forecasters, during the day the air temperature in the capital will be two to four degrees below zero. On the night of Monday, the city is also expected to drop to minus four.
On the territory of the Moscow region, frosts of up to six degrees are expected during the day. At night, the thermometers in the region can drop to minus seven degrees.

Earlier, the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand also expressed the opinion that spring this year is unlikely to be early.
