The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, said that Ukrainian radicals in the Donbass do not surrender, unlike the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who lower their weapons. This was reported by Rossiya 24.
According to him, some servicemen understand the hopelessness and voluntarily surrender to the representatives of the DPR.
“I want to emphasize that some of the servicemen, not nationalists, want to stay alive want to return home to their families, that’s why they lay down their arms,” Pushilin said.
Let us recall that earlier, the headquarters of the territorial defense of the Donetsk People’s Republic stated that a civilian was killed as a result of shelling.
