As AiF explained; in the Social Insurance Fund, if the employee agrees with the employer, he will not send an electronic sick leave for payment to the fund. This is done if a person on sick leave worked from home. Then he gets paid. There is no need to write any statements.
Recall that from January 2022, all sick leave is issued only in electronic form. Information about opening or closing a disability certificate immediately comes from the medical facility to the Social Insurance Fund. Further, the department sends a request to the employer for clarification of information. In the response, the employer can just indicate that sick leave is not required.
