Russia demanded to hold a meeting of the UN Security Council because of the shelling of nuclear power plants, the meeting should be held on August 11. Russia's permanent representative to international organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, said that the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Grossi would take part in it.
